    "The Fool on the Hill"

Here’s a great slow song written and sung by Paul McCartney. In the video below, it’s a solo McCartney singing the song. Interesting song fact, “The Beatles were no longer performing regular concerts when "The Fool on the Hill" was released, so they never played the song live. Paul McCartney first performed it live with Wings on their 1979 tour of the UK. He included it on his 1989-1990 world tour as well,” according to Wikipedia.

    "All You Need is Love"

Here’s a song written by John Lennon, and it's a definite classic. According to Wikipedia, “When asked in 1971 whether songs like "Give Peace a Chance" and "Power to the People" were propaganda songs, he answered: 'Sure. So was All You Need Is Love. I'm a revolutionary artist. My art is dedicated to change.'"

    "Strawberry Fields Forever"

Here's another song written by John Lennon, and according to Wikipedia, “It was inspired by Lennon's memories of playing in the garden of a Salvation Army house named "Strawberry Field" near his childhood home.” It is definitely one their most memorable songs from the album. “"Strawberry Fields Forever" was well received by critics, and is still considered a classic. Three weeks after its release, Time magazine hailed the song as "the latest sample of The Beatles' astonishing inventiveness,” according to Wikipedia.

    "Magical Mystery Tour"

Here is the title track of the album, and it is one of my favorites. It has such a catchy melody. According to Wikipedia, The song is credited to Lennon–McCartney, though written primarily by Paul McCartney. McCartney said it was co-written. John Lennon said, "Paul's song. Maybe I did part of it, but it was his concept." In 1972, Lennon said, "Paul wrote it. I helped with some of the lyric."
