‘Wife Swap’ Star Alicia Guastaferro Arrested For Prostitution With Rochester Attorney James D Doyle

Even though Attorney James D Doyle is denying DWI/Patronizing a prostitute charges, his alleged prostitute has been arrested. You might remember her from the ABC TV Show Wife Swap. Her name is Alicia Guastaferro, and she was a beauty queen on the show.
YNN reports 20-year-old Alicia Guastaferro told investigators that she was paid to perform sex acts and spend the night with James D. Doyle.
Guastaferro, of Williamsville, is charged with criminal impersonation, prostitution, and possession of a controlled substance. She told troopers they were both drinking prior to their arrest, and that Doyle gave her a fake ID and bought her alcohol. She allegedly told police that she’s known Doyle for two years and that he calls her twice a month and pays her $500 to $700 for sex, the D&C reported. Gustaferro said she had not been paid Monday because he usually pays her in the morning.”
You might remember seeing Alicia on “Wife Swap” in 2008 with her parents. According to Radar Online, she sued ABC and its parent company Walt Disney for $100 million, claiming they poorly represented her on the show as a “spoiled brat.”
