Who Wakes Up Grumpier?- Men or Women?

Are you grumpy in the morning? Are you the kind of person that needs to be left alone while you’re getting ready for work? I know I’m like that most days. I don’t like being bothered till later in the day. But who is the grumpiest in the morning? Is it men or women? I’m guessing one of those too may be grumpy.
According to a survey out of Duke University, they are saying women wake up far more grumpier than men. The reason why may be because females need far more sleep than men, and women suffer more mentally and physically if forced to go without it.
