‘Welcome Back Kotter’ Star Marcia Strassman Dies
Marcia Strassman, who starred in 'Welcome, Back Kotter,' has lost her breast cancer battle. She died at the age of 66.
Believe it or not, Strassman didn't get along with her 'Welcome Back Kotter' co-star Gabe Kaplan, telling People it was a 'miserable' time.
'Welcome Back Kotter' wasn't Strassman's only TV role. She also starred in 6 episodes of Mash, playing nurse Margie Cutler.
Strassman went from TV to Hollywood, starring in 'Honey I Shrunk the Kids' with Rick Moranis and the sequel.
Thoughts and prayers hit social media as news of Strassman's death broke.

Before making it big in Hollywood, Strassman signed with a record label, releasing 'The Flower Children' in 1967. After a few more songs failed to make the charts, Strassman changed her focus from music to making movies.
