Utica’s Wonderland of Lights Opens to Cars

Utica's Wonderland of Lights officially opens to cars tonight (11/21/12).  This marks the 11th year the Resource Center for Independent Living has ran the display as their main fundraiser.  They estimate more than 30,000 people will view the light spectacular on the Masonic grounds between now and January 1.  Click to get the complete schedule and more details.

The Wonderland of Lights runs from 5:30 to 9:00 each night through January 1 except December 24.  Santa makes 2 visits, December 7 and 23 and kids can drop off letters to Santa at the special mailbox.  Tickets are $8 per car, $7 if you buy in advance.  There's also special prices for bigger vehicles; $15 for 15 passenger vans, $25 for limos and $50 for buses.  Advance tickets can be purchased at Price Chopper stores or at the RCIL Office 409 Columbia Street in Utica.  Here's the directions to the Wonderland of Lights.
