Urban Dictionary Definition Of Utica- Are They Wrong?

Have you ever heard of Urban Dictionary? In theory it's a dictionary that you wrote. They tell you to “Define your world”. When you search Utica New York on Urban Dictionary you don't find the best results. Here's the definitions you will find. You may not like them, some are NSFW.

1) Utica: The city that God forgot
Example: “This city sucks, it reminds me of Utica.”

Do you really think God forgot Utica? That's really dumb.

2) Utica: A sh!th0le. Located right in the middle of New York State and centrally located 5 hours away from 3 major cities (just far enough to be out of reach). Most people living there are either retarded or want to get the hell out. Did I mention it sucks?
Example: “Winter's in Utica are proof that hell freezes over”

Facts: New York City is currently a 4 hour and 26 minute drive. That's not 5 hours. Buffalo is currently a 3 hour and 32 minute drive. That's not 5 hours. Rochester is currently a 2 hour and 25 minute drive. That's not 5 hours. Syracuse is currently about 45 minutes to an hours drive. That's not 5 hours.

Clearly we aren't 5 hours from anywhere. This person needs to check Google Maps.

3) Utica: Often thought of as New York State's Worst City. Debatable, but certainly not out of the realm of possibility. City of about 52,000. Incredibly lame. Often, the people there have an ironic attachment to their dead city. No jobs at all. No skyline. People there don't seem to like to read, either because their library is open for maybe 10 hours each week.
Example: "Dude, can we stop in Utica so I can get some insulin?"

Facts: According to the July 2011 census we currently have 62,110 residents, not 52,000. The Utica Public library is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 8:00 pm and on Saturday they are open 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. If I did my math correctly that's around 66 hours per week. How is that 10 hours?
