Traffic Advisory for Monday, June 9, 2014

A traffic advisory is being issued for Warren Street in Utica, New York.

From 9:00am to 3:00pm on Monday, June 9, 2014 Warren Street will be closed from Route 5-8-12 ("The Arterial") to Sunset Avenue.

From 6:00am to 4:00pm Roberts Street and Lincoln Avenue will be closed so that a water main can be installed on Lincoln Avenue.

Court Street between Route 5-8-12 and State Street will be reduced to one lane in the eastbound direction until 10:00am.

Lincoln Avenue between Roberts Street and Court Streets will be opened to northbound traffic only.  Roberts Street between State Street and Lincoln Avenue will be closed after 12:00noon.  Only local traffic will be allowed.

Detours are posted and drivers are reminded that the area is classified as a work zone.  Consequently, fines are doubled for speeding in the area.

All are advised to use caution in the areas.
