The classic line "I love rock 'n' roll / So put another dime in the jukebox, baby' might be dated due to inflation, but the concept behind it remains true. Even with changes in trends, classic rockers like AC/DC and Metallica were among the most frequently played artists on jukeboxes in 2014.

TouchTunes, which has jukeboxes in more than 71,000 bars and restaurants worldwide, has released its list of their Top 10 Played Artists. Although country star Luke Bryan is at the top, AC/DC are right below him. Lynyrd Skynyrd (No. 5), the Rolling Stones (No. 8) and Metallica (No. 10) also made the Top 10.

The list of the Top 10 Played Rock Songs is evenly split between modern and classic rock, with Queen's 'Fat Bottomed Girls' (No. 3), Skynyrd's 'Simple Man' (No. 5), Van Morrison's 'Brown Eyed Girl' (No. 6), Guns N' Roses' 'Sweet Child O' Mine' (No. 7) and the Steve Miller Band's 'The Joker' (No. 8) making their way to the chart.

However, no classic rockers made the Top 10 Played Songs. Brantley Gilbert's country hit 'Bottoms Up' topping the list, which was comprised almost entirely of country and pop songs.
