The stars have aligned themselves to pay tribute to ZZ Top with a tribute album featuring the group's biggest hits. Artists contributing to the album include Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Steven Tyler, Grace Potter, The Nocturnals, Wolfmother, Nickelback and Daughtry

ZZ Top is hard at work on their first album since 2003's Mascalero. They are working on new songs and some covers for the new CD anticipated this fall.
Meanwhile, the group teams up with Lynyrd Skynyrd for a spring tour called Rebels & Bandoleros.
