The second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings has been identified by the FBI as 19 year old Dzhokhar (Djohar) Tsarnaev and he is still on the run after his older brother was killed in a shootout that both men were involved in with police last night. We've found what looks to be his Russian Facebook page on a service called vKontakte.
