Well, I guess it's pretty much not a secret anymore if I blast it here. Without going into specifics, this recipe is one used by a famous local BBQ place.
Not sure about you, but nothing says Summer like a nice rack.........of ribs! Smoked, that is. You don't have to go to a specialty restaurant to get them either. You can make these right at home and enjoy a cold brew (or twelve) while you are doing it.
