Stevie Nicks Says Betty Ford Saved Her Life
Stevie Nicks is crediting former First Lady, Betty Ford, with saving her life. The Fleetwood Mac singer entered the Betty Ford Center for treatment in 1985 for cocaine addiction. Nicks said Ford was very active at the Center:
