Strange News – Picking On Your Kid Brother Isn’t What It Used To Be

Time was when picking on your kid brother was a pretty standard part of growing up — almost a rite of passage. But in Crestview, Florida, an 18-year-old boy has been and charged with battery after his mother called police to complain about him “picking on” his younger brother. The woman told police her older son was mad at her and slapped his younger brother. The younger boy told police his brother hit him for “no reason.” A police officer noted a red mark on the left side of the younger boy’s face. Mom told police she’s tired of the older boy picking on and hitting his younger brother.
