Governor Andrew Cuomo has declared a Statewide state of emergency as Winter Storm Hercules has started bringing snow, sub-zero temperatures and high winds across New York State.
The Governor is urging all New Yorkers to avoid traveling and stay inside your homes until the worst of the storm has passed.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Herkimer and Oneida counties until 10 a.m. tomorrow morning with expected accumulation of up to 12 inches.
