Remember when we were talking about the Starbucks bug juice? Well it looks like it will be off the menu soon enough.

Starbucks knows that regulars were bugged out by reports that their Strawberries & Creme Frappuchinos were colored by crushed insects. The coffee chain has decided to drop the bugs. The coloring produced by the bugs is not vegan, nor kosher and some found the mere thought of bugs in their drink was nauseating.

So watch out because these changes are coming fast. By June, the insect carmine dye will be replaced a tomato extract called lycopene, which is bound to be more popular than the old beetle juice.

Did reports of bug juice really effect your feelings on this drink?
