Star Wars has seen many re-imaginings since the first time x-wings and tie-fighters graced our eyes back in 1977, from movie remakes to video games animated series to fan films. You've probably seen the most recent animated series, Star Wars: The Clone Wars and you may've seen a fan film or two, but what you may not've seen is this...

What you're about to see isn't a trailer for a future Lucasfilm series nor is it the work of a team of crack-animators, it is simply the project of one man who is extremely apologetic about it even being viewed as it's a work in progress. If this is a work in progress then Darth Vader is my father too! My idea of a work in progress would be sketched story boards strung together to music but this is stunning and I can't wait to see the final product once our shy hobbyist finally puts his stamp of approval on it. I mean, he didn't even upload it! A fan found it and put music and sound effects to it and got his permission to share... Thank God he agreed!

Meanwhile, enjoy his video below and let your imagination run wild for what else this guy has up his sleeve! I wouldn't be surprised if he gets commissioned to do something very big in the future! Man, this is so cool! Remember the name, Paul Michael Johnson...
