Connecticut based Spiked Seltzer makes gluten-free brews, and it's done right here in Central New York at F.X. Matt Brewery in West Utica.

Spiked Seltzer crafts beverages in orange, lime and grapefruit, and according to their website:

We make SpikedSeltzer using only purified water and a few natural ingredients.  Cold-pressed citrus essence from select varieties infuse SpikedSeltzer with fresh fruit flavors.  A blend of this citrus and sugar ferments naturally to 6% alcohol.  The result is clean and clear without the sugary sweetness of wine or the heaviness of beer.
