The Knicks led by as many as thirty points in the second half in a blowout 99-82 win over the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden.

Jeremy Lin was Lin-sational again leading a Knicks offense that looked like a well-oiled machine - shooting 47.5-percent from the floor, with five players in double-figures.

Lin led New York with nine assists, to go along with 17 points. Steve Novak had 17 of his own, with Landry Fields and Carmelo Anthony adding 16 and 15 - respectively - and J.R. Smith scoring twelve.

Atlanta, on the other hand, was out-of-sync all night in the absence of all-star Joe Johnson who is missing time with knee tendinitis. The Hawks had 24 turnovers on the game, including a stretch of five straight giveaways in the first half. Guard Jeff Teague had a game-high 18 points.

New York has won nine of 11, improving to 17-17, but face a tough-test in Miami on Thursday night.
