Last week we covered a story about a sorority president of Delta Gamma that wrote a profanity-laced insane letter to her sorority sisters to 'inspire' them to better behavior. Well her behavior was highly controversial and we knew she was going to be disciplined, but Rebecca Martinson has gone and 'resigned'. Good for her. Sounds like she's been forced out by the higher-ups to cover themselves but she doesn't need those stiffs anyway... On to bigger and better things, Chica!

“Delta Gamma has accepted the resignation of one of its members whose email relating to a social event has been widely distributed and publicized through social media and traditional media channels. The tone and content of the email was highly inappropriate and unacceptable by any standard,” read Wednesday’s announcement on the University of Maryland sorority’s Facebook page. “All reasonable people can agree, this is an email that should never have been sent.” Further, Delta Gamma now considers the matter “closed.”

I'm calling B/S... I hate politics and this girl just got a lesson in what grown-ups can really be like and how much people need a sense of humor. Something tells me that she won't let them keep her down... Although, it just occurred to me that she could have a tough time finding a job after this because this letter, as funny as it was is definitely bullying. Nobody wants upper management berating underlings like she did. Now I'm torn, haha...
