Our first guest for the Best of Utica greens competition was Michele Lamandia of Raspberries Cafe and she rolled in with not just the plateful of greens that I expected, but four containers full of different types of greens that they offer at their locations, one of which opened during our interview (Romans, head to the old Friendly's!)
