I used to own a drum set while living in an apartment complex and remember constantly getting complaints about practicing at night. Sometimes they'd complain to the supervisor and they'd knock on my door, but others would take it upon themselves to confront me personally. What would you do? Watch this whole 2-minute video and then ask yourself the question again afterwards...

Of course in fairness, many people probably wouldn't see confronting someone about drumming as being all that threatening really compared to trying to break up a full-on fight in a stranger's home. Although no one appeared to knock on their door in this video, I can guarantee you that someone (and probably several someones) at least called the cops. There's more that you can do to hamper domestic violence without potentially putting yourself directly into the fray, but that said this particular fake fight sounded intense enough to warrant some pretty fast intervention. I wonder if we're so morally asleep at the wheel where we'd think of our own safety or comfort above that of others. There's a reason that some people are called heroes.
