Paul McCartney is ramping up to the 'Live Kisses' DVD release by showcasing one of the standout tracks from the release, 'I'm Gonna Sit Right Down and Write Myself a Letter.'

A new video, seen below, takes the viewer inside the studio at Capitol Records, where McCartney and a stellar group of musicians performed the standard during a session back in February. The clip, shot in black and white, will be part of the upcoming DVD release on Nov. 13.

In the video, there's as much focus on McCartney's fellow musicians as there is on his vocal delivery. The jazzy cut features Diana Krall tickling the ivories, while the superb stand-up bass and brushes on the drums really give the track its swing.

'I'm Gonna Sit Right Down and Write Myself a Letter' is just one of the jazzy standards that fuel McCartney's latest project. The singer performed 13 of his favorites songs in all, picking each due to their influence on him in his pre-Beatles days. In addition to Krall, the album also features guest appearances by Joe Walsh and Eric Clapton.
