Not to get too technical here, but I just read that there's a new hop variety now being used by the Brooklyn Brewery. Here's the full story.

According to beerpulse.com:

"From the breeders of Citra® YCR 394 cv, Mosaic™ HBC 369 cv, and Simcoe® YCR 14 cv hops comes the latest varietal release – Equinox™ HBC 366.

These hops are generally some of the most sought-after in the industry.
