Christopher Aber has been trying to convince him to sign over control of his assets, leaving the 90-year-old fearing for his safety. The papers state: “Mickey is extremely fearful that Chris will become physically threatening against Mickey and may even attempt to kidnap Mickey from his home.” A judge granted the request yesterday and agreed to extend the order to Aber’s wife. He also appointed Rooney’s lawyer to act as his conservator at Rooney’s request.
