January 25, 2013 2:55 PM Not sure what the producers of ‘Dancing With The Stars‘ were thinking, but they actually sent Lance Armstrong an invitation to compete on the show for the upcoming season! Looks like he turned it down as quickly as he was asked… Each time. Um, you mean he was asked more than once?
Sources say Armstrong is among several high-profile “big get” celebrities who are regularly asked to join the show. Confirmed Armstrong’s spokesperson: “Lance has been offered the show each and every year since its inception. Although flattered he has passed on their generous offers.”
Good move. For both them and him (and us). Otherwise they’d have to change the name of their show to “Doping With The Stars”…
