The Sharper Image has long been the go-to spot for must-have items like electronic tie racks and rechargeable nose hair clippers. Since men are more likely to buy their gadgets, the company signed a new pitchwoman who’ll appeal to their target demo.

Yup, that’s Megan Fox strewn across the bed wearing little more than a tight-fitting dress shirt. Is it a compliment to say she is probably the cheapest thing in the picture? That alarm clock alone is probably a grand.

The photo is part of a Fox-based ad campaign The Sharper Image is rolling out. The raven-haired beauty will be featured in print and TV commercials and may even pop-up among the fog-free shaving mirrors in the catalog.

This is shaping up to be a busy year for Fox, who will appear in Sacha Baron Cohen’s ‘The Dictator,’ which drops this weekend, and then in the Judd Apatow comedy ‘This is 40.’ As for the Sharper Image, the new ad campaign constitutes a comeback of sorts. The retailer went bankrupt in 2008 and was reconfigured as a branded website.

So what do you think? Does Fox make you want to buy a body message chair for $1999?
