Meet Phoenix- Day 5 Of The 12 Strays Of Christmas

Oldiez 96.1 is putting the focus on our furry friends this Holiday Season! We’ve teamed up with the New Hartford Animal Hospital and we’re proud to present “The 12 Strays Of Christmas Pet Food and Adoption Drive”! Meet our fifth pet, Phoenix.

Here's Phoenix bio:

It is so nice to meet you. My name is PHOENIX. And although sometimes I come across as shy and a little reserved, I know that I would thrive in a new loving, purr-fect home. I am a 5-6 year old domestic short hair, who still has a little skip in her step. I absolutely love attention and getting lots of petting in, throughout my hectic day of being a cat, (aka sleeping, bird watching, nibbling on treats, etc). I seem to prefer some space from my feline friends, but one or two others in a new home would be fine by me! My previous owner had to surrender me because she was moving into a nursing home and couldn’t take me with her. I really do miss being in a home where I had someone to call my own, and I hope that one day my dream will come true, and someone will give me a chance to make their dreams come true!
