McCartney took home the Solo Rock Vocal Performance honor for the 42-year-old Beatles tune, which he dusted off for his 2009 live album, “Good Evening New York City.” It marked his 14th Grammy, of which 10 were Beatle-related, spanning 1965 to a reissue project in 1997. As a solo artist, he last won in 1972 for “Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey.” He followed that with a pair for Wings, his post-Beatles project, in 1975 and 1980.
