Mark Hamill Says He’s In Talks To Join The Cast Of Star Wars 7!
February 21, 2013 11:20 AM First Harrison Ford was rumored to be cast in the upcoming Star Wars 7 movie (now confirmed) and now Mark Hammil admits George Lucas is courting him and ‘others’. Hmmmm… Does he mean Carrie Fisher and others?!? Seeing them in cameos would absolutely drag fan and skeptic alike to see the new films and I gotta admit as a skeptical fan, my ass is there! But he has one condition…
“Are we going to have the whole gang back?” Hamill said. “Is Carrie and Harrison and Billy Dee and Tony Daniels, everybody that’s around from the original [returning]? I want to make sure that everybody’s on board here, rather than just one.”
If they’re on board, and as long as the tone is “carefree and lighthearted and humorous” like the originals we’ll see Luke Skywalker come back most likely as a seasoned Jedi Master training young Jedi Knights and Mark thinks he may be a father by then too…
***Rubbing hands together menacingly*** and soooo the plot thickens…
