Move over Oprah, it looks like someone is trying to steal your sports thunder. Katie Couric has landed the first televised interview with Manti Te'o. It's unclear what more Manti has to say about the dead-girlfriend hoax because he already spilled the beans in an off-camera interview with ESPN on Friday.

Katie's interview will also feature Manti and his parents. It will air on her daytime talk show this Thursday. It will be taped ahead of time, and clips from it will be shown on "Good Morning America" and "other ABC News programs" beforehand to help promote the interview.

On Friday night, ESPN's Jeremy Schaap was able to score a two-hour off-camera interview with Manti. When asked: Was He Involved in the Hoax? Manti told ESPN, quote, "No. Never. I wasn't faking it. I wasn't part of this . . . two guys and a girl are responsible for the whole thing." When asked who they are, he said: Quote, "I don't know. According to Ronaiah, Ronaiah's one." That's Ronaiah Tuiasosopo, who's been widely reported to have been involved along with two others.

What are your thoughts? Do you think he was involved?
