Manhunt Over in Oneida County; Emergency Officials Cancel Shelter In Place Order For Westmoreland
State emergency management officials are confirming that New York State Police have caught the suspect who caused a Shelter in Place Order to be put into effect in the Oneida County Town of Westmoreland.
The order is no longer in effect.

UPDATE: 4:04pm Police are warning the public to be aware that there is a heightened vehicle theft alert for all of Oneida County. A shelter in place order is being issued for the Town of Westmoreland as a manhunt is underway for a suspect believed to be armed.
