Do you ever question people who are allowed to have children? I find myself asking this question on a daily basis. Some people aren't made to be parents. This guy tops the list though, in Ohio, a judge ordered 35-year-old Asim Taylor to “make all reasonable efforts to avoid impregnating a woman.” The father of nine owes nearly $100,000 in unpaid child support payments, and now has been ordered to stop having kids. Apparently the ninth kid is the charm.

35-year-old defendant Asim Taylor was ordered to “make all reasonable efforts to avoid impregnating a woman.” The father of nine reportedly owes nearly $100,000 in unpaid child support payments.

Taylor was found guilty on Wednesday, and sentenced to five years probation with the added order that he not procreate. His lawyer says this ruling violates his client’s "right to privacy.” Well, in my opinion, when you have nine kids and can't pay the combined $100,000 child support payments, should you be having kids? Again this is my view (Davey Jones) and not the stations. But seriously, come on!

People are challenging this ruling wasn't legal. Some people are calling it ‘unconstitutional’. So this raises the question: Is it a Constitutional right to procreate?
