The Jets are headed back to SUNY Cortland this July, marking the fifth straight year the college will host training camp for Rex Ryan and company.

A renewal of their agreement came this week, which dates back to 2009. It will not only give local fans a firsthand look at the team's new acquisitions - including Eric Dekker and Chris Johnson - but the anticipated QB competition between sophomore Geno Smith and free-agent pickup Michael Vick.

The draw of having an NFL club's camp in town also provides a significant boost to Cortland County, a study by SUNY Cortland faculty found.

The estimated 21,000 spectators created a $3.7 million economic impact in 2013 alone, and has generated nearly $20 million since the agreement began.
