Thanksgiving is over, Christmas is coming.  Wait, how about working off that Thanksgiving meal that you ate.  Let’s go ahead and break it down.  Check it out.

Assuming that you only ate six ounces of turkey at 360 calories. To make those disappear, you’d have to go on a Turkey Trot 5K.

You can run on a track or a treadmill.

Next, mashed potatoes and gravy. Those come in at 300 calories, so it will take a whopping 60 sets of ten burpees to burn it off. That’s something that is definitely at the bottom of my favorites list.

If you have just a half cup of stuffing, you’d better count yourself in for a half hour of Pilates. It’ll make you feel less stuffed by the end.

If cranberry sauce is your thing, hop on that stairmaster for about 20 minutes at a moderate pace to torch those 150 calories.

And what’s a meal without that buttery dinner roll that racks up – 180 calories?

Exactly 18 sets of 20 push-ups to be exact.

For the grand finale, that delicious pumpkin pie. Have a slice of that and get on the elliptical for 20 minutes at a moderate pace – and poof it’s gone.

Easy, right?  Now on to all of the Christmas goodies and Christmas dinner to come.
