Ford is making plans to build the 2012 Focus Electric from 2 million used plastic bottles from landfills. The body of the car won't be made from trash, but the seat fabric will made from a hybrid blend of recycled plastic bottles and other trash. The Ford Focus will be the first vehicle with interior materials made of 100% clean recycled fibers. According to the American auto maker it will take just 22 recycled bottles to cover the car's seating.

So the next time someone tells you to take out the trash just hop in your new Ford Focus Electric car and take a drive!
