There's one event I never miss, and that's the annual Holiday Shoppers' Stroll in Clinton, New York on the day after Thanksgiving. It's a great way to follow up Thanksgiving Day and make Black Friday a family fun day. Here's what it's all about.

CLINTON'S SHOPPERS' STROLL

November 28, 2014 at 10:00AM (until 9:00PM)

This is a multi-day event.

The Clinton Chamber of Commerce's Annual Holiday Shoppers' Stroll will be held on Friday, November 28th from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM.

Complimentary food, drink, hospitality and music will be offered by businesses and community organizations throughout the Village.

You can tour the Village by horse drawn carriage while groups of carolers from the area high schools perform throughout the day. The Blue Spruce tree with over 2,000 lights will be lit at 6:00 PM, preceded by a reading of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas' rendered by Mr. Richard Enders. The 50th Annual Holiday Parade begins at 7:00 PM. The parade follows College Street and continues around the Village Green to the Fire House where kids of all ages can sit on Santa's lap and tell him their Christmas wishes.
