Eating Raisins Three Times A Day Could Lower Your Blood Pressure
If you’re looking to get healthy it’s now as easy as eating a childhood favorite, a handful of raisins. According to a new study, if you eat raisins three times a day could lower your blood pressure.
For those that don’t know, raisins are packed with potassium and are a great source of fiber. Raisins do your heart and your blood vessels a world of good. Researchers behind the study say raisins mostly help for people who have pre-hypertension, which is not as serious as full-blown high blood pressure.
