A Minnesota high school hockey goalie made an unmistakable statement to his coaches and became a viral video star Tuesday night, after he quit the team mid-game in grand fashion.

Apparently miffed his coaches had him riding the pine this season, Farmington goaltender Austin Krause got a chance to play Tuesday night and didn't waste the opportunity to make a statement. In a move caught on video, Krause can be seen deliberately slipping the puck into his own goal, before giving his coaches the finger, saluting the crowd, and skating off the ice for good.

Buoyed by the strange turn of events, Chaska High School's team was able to come from behind and win 3-2.
