Greg McShea

I've got a long connection to the Mohawk Valley, having attended Utica schools and graduating from Utica College with a B.S. Degree in Public Relations. I've hosted a number of radio programs, and my voice has been heard on the local airwaves through the years. When I'm not broadcasting, I enjoy reading science publications and sci-fi novels, traveling to some favorite vacation spots, and anything "Star Trek". I am a native of the Utica area and have many friends and family members in the area.

On Vacation With ‘Greg On The Go’ [VIDEO]

Storms Hit Hard In Central New York [PHOTOS]

Last night's violent thunderstorms took their toll on central New York, downing limbs and causing power outages. Our thoughts and prayers go out to families who lost loved ones in the tornado that hit Madison County and those who sustained major damage. Fortunately, my neighborhood in New Hartford didn't get hit too hard.

Billy Crystal Says, ‘You Look Marvelous’ [VIDEO]

Remember the "Fernando" character created by Billy Crystal back in the 1980s? His hilarious portrayal was based on a real actor, the late Fernando Lamas, a so-called "Latin Lover" movie star who appeared on "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson" one night, while Billy Crystal took notes.

Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Festival On Now

One sure sign of summer in central New York is the arrival of the Munson-Williams- Proctor Arts Institute's Arts Festival, and it's going on now. There are many interesting paintings and photographs in the freee sidewalk art show. My son had a painting in the show a few years ago, and it's fun to see other local artists' and photographers' work on display.
