50th Anniversary Of JFK’s Assassination – ‘Stabilized Motion Panorama’

Central Press/Getty Images

Tomorrow marks 50 years since America’s own beloved President, JFK was assassinated. That kind of thing seems inconceivable these days and would be just as shocking now as it was a half-century ago. In honor of the 50th anniversary, here is literal unique ‘moving picture’ made up ofof 486 stills woven together to seem like a movie of the assassination as the car came around the Dealy Plaza. I appreciate the creativity that went into this, but it’s still hard to watch.
